Fancy coffee made of eggs and ice cream.
Last updated 2026-09-29 — Ingredients (4 people) 4 raw egg yolks 4 tablespoons sugar 80 ml milk 40 ml cooled coffee 4 tablespoons Vanilla Ice Cream method to make coffee wait for it to cool, pour 4 raw egg yolks, sugar and milk into the cooking machine, stir until foamy and pour into the coffee, carefully stir one spoonful of Vanilla Ice Cream on each plate and pour the coffee on the ice cream if you like.
