Indonesian coffee bean Sulawesitraya (Sulawesi Toraja Kalos)
Indonesia's world-famous fine coffee is mainly produced on three islands, Sumatra, Java, and Sulawesi, which we got this time. Sulawesi is Indonesia's largest island. Sulawesi is a former Dutch colony originally named Celebes.
Sulawesi's Toraja region is well known. Traya region is located in Sulawesi island center southwest, mountain elevation 1200 meters. You can see two other famous growing areas--Sumatra and Java--just to the left of Sulawesi. Sulawesi's Kalos coffee beans are a larger variant of Sumatra's Tipica.
The large Kalos coffee beans are full, suitable for deep roasting until the second explosion, the roasted taste still continues the Indonesian mantelin fragrance, large fat coffee beans, after expansion appears smooth, rich taste, low acidity, with a touch of herbal flavor.
