Ingredients (2 persons)
2 minutes of sengraba (a kind of brandy made from wine dregs)
200ml hot espresso
2-4 tablespoons of sugar
200 ml of milk
Cocoa powder
Practice
First pour the grappa into two long glasses. Add sugar to the double espresso and stir until completely melted. Pour 2 + 3 coffee into 2 cups of grappa.
Use a foam maker to heat the milk and mix it with the remaining 1 stroke 3 coffee, then pour into a cup filled with Laba. In order to maintain the perfect layering effect, you can delay the injection of a long spoon when adding milk coffee.
Foam the remaining pure milk and add it to the coffee and garnish with cocoa powder.
