Pour hot water into the bottom container of the mocha pot, the water level is below the pressure hole, put it into the filter rack, scoop in the powder mixture until the mouth is flat, without pressing. Screw on the top half of the container, taking care not to burn it. When the water boils through the coffee powder, the coffee liquid will slowly overflow from the pipe in the upper half of the container. When you hear the air sound of "po-po-" in the pot, or open the lid to observe that the pipe is no longer liquid but bubbles, remove the alcohol lamp. Espresso is ready. Pour some espresso coffee into the cup, beat the milk foam with a manual frother, skim the upper foam, stir the milk foam and milk, slowly pour the milk into the coffee with a spoon, then pour the milk foam on the upper layer, garnish with cinnamon powder or syrup hook flowers. However, the surface of the strong coffee made in this way is not oily, so it is not suitable for pulling flowers.
Mocha pots are made of stainless steel, but aluminum is said to taste better.
