Blend to seven minutes full and put the milk pot close to the surface of the coffee.
Start shaking the milk pot as soon as you see the foam taking shape on the surface of the coffee
Pull the milk pot back while shaking the steel cup
When it is almost full, stop shaking and raise the milk pot
Push the milk pot forward to form the tip
