The perfect foam should have the following three characteristics:
1. The amount of foam is just right: after pouring, the remaining foam in the milk tank should not be too much, and the amount of foam in the cup is sufficient.
2. Temperature constant at 60-65 degrees Celsius: this temperature is very suitable for drinking
3. After pouring into the cup for some time, the amount of foam should be balanced: latte should be 1/4 inch, cappuccino should be 1/2 inch.
If you do all three of these things, you are not far from becoming a professional barista! Your friends will be amazed!
And finally, a tip for coffee aficionados. You don't have to practice churning milk like a professional barista does with tons of milk. You can fill a milk jar with water, drop a drop of detergent into it, and use it to contact the skill of beating milk, which is made in the same way as milk. After that, you can practice whipping real milk!
