The use of Coffee concentration Meter and the calculation method of Coffee extraction rate professional coffee knowledge

ATAGO Instruments has a variety of refraction testers, and there are three concentration meters used in the coffee field: NO:4523 (Brix), NO:4532 (TDS) and NO:4533 (BX/TDS). (hereinafter collectively referred to as 4523, 4532, 4533)

The difference between 4523, 4532 and 4533:

4523: read the Brix value and multiply it by 0.85 to convert TDS. The price is relatively cheap.

4532: directly read the TDS value, the price is higher than 4523.

4533: read the Brix value and convert the TDS value with one button. The price is the highest of the three.
