Buying coffee beans can help an animal.
To be fair, paying extra for organic Fairtrade coffee is not a bad thing for customers. It would be even better if we could help some animals in need while drinking coffee. Now a coffee company called Grounds & Hounds offers such coffee. Its coffee beans come from Ethiopia, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Papua New Guinea.
Every time you buy a bag of Grounds & Hounds coffee, Grounds & Hounds donates 20% of that income to the local animal shelter and rescue organization that provides safe havens for homeless stray dogs. It is very good to help animals while drinking coffee and give them a chance to survive.
