Loves a cool iced latte, but doesn't have an espresso machine? Don't worry, you can make a cup at home by following these simple 10 steps.
Need to prepare:
1. ice block
2.300 ml of milk
3. fine sugar
4.17g fresh coffee beans
5. Aeropress
6. A large glass and a coffee cup
7. Cocktail shaker (or other suitable bottle)
8. Kettle (preferably a gooseneck watering can, like Hario Buono)
9. electronic scale
10. grinder dosers
What coffee beans are best?
For a la press, I prefer hazelnut or cacao flavoured Italian roasted beans, and Antigua coffee beans from Guatemala at 1700 metres above sea level are ideal. But this is a very personal thing, what you like is the best, so choose it yourself!
Production steps:
\ 1 /
Heat the water to boiling,
The water temperature when brewing coffee is controlled at about 90 degrees
\ 2 /
Grind the prepared coffee into a medium ground coffee
\ 3 /
Pour 300 ml milk (and sugar) into a shaker
(Or glass bottles that can be closed tightly)
\ 4 /
Keep shaking evenly,
until it produces a lot of foam.
\ 5 /
Put ice cubes in a glass
\ 6 /
Continue pouring milk into the glass
\ 7 /
Clean and preheat the pressure with hot water
\ 8 /
Pour out the water,
Then add coffee powder,
Add about 70g of hot water (water temperature control at about 90℃),
Stir once for 30 seconds
\ 9 /
Pressure down to extract coffee
\ 10 /
Pour coffee into milk and ice cubes,
Then enjoy it!
Summer is coming, so learn quickly.
