Aromatic hot coffee has always been a favorite of fashion families, but because it contains a lot of caffeine, fat and protein, it has always been criticized, the industry regards it as one of the culprits leading to cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and diabetes. However, a recent article published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition refutes this conclusion.
