V. Evelick--Traditional coffee
[Features] Sturdy coffee flow, a steel coffee utensil with a long handle called Evelick.
Cook three times, avoiding the fire before boiling, adding a small amount of water.
[Procedure]
1. Prepare dark roasted coffee beans (about 5 grams per person) and grind them into a powder in a mortar or grinder.
2. Coffee powder for as many people as you need, plus the right amount of boiling water. Add the spices at the same time.
3. Then turn on a small fire, remove the bubble from the fire before boiling, add water, boil still and then add fire, so repeat three times.
4. After the coffee powder in Evric sinks, it is quietly poured into the cup.
