The United States once dominated by weak coffee, which has changed in the past five or six years and has become a gourmet coffee. People call it flavored coffee. Coffee with chocolate, walnut, spice and fruit aromas is popular in coffee shops. The method of drinking coffee with spices was popular in the Middle East and Europe. In Ethiopia ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon are added, in France chicory is added, and in Italy fruit is added. Last month in Hawaii, I saw vanilla coffee, hazelnut coffee, white chocolate and cream coffee, chocolate raspberry coffee and so on, so Americans are now beginning to like coffee with spices.
