Black coffee is the most popular hot coffee in the United States. It has no additives and retains the characteristics of coffee's five flavors. To make a cup of coffee, you don't need to own an expensive coffee machine, whether it's a coffee machine or a kitchen stove at home, just focus on making pure black coffee.
1. Boiling water
Ingredients: coffee powder and filtered or bottled water
Equipment: A heat resistant pot with a lid or a pot, coffee cup or teacup with a lid
Proportion: Two tablespoons coffee plus a standard cup or 6 ounces of water
1. Put the coffee powder in a thoroughly washed pot;
2. Pour in hot water (just boiled), then cover back and stir well;
3. Pour the brewed coffee into a pre-prepared cup, making sure you leave the coffee powder in the pot as much as possible, not into the cup;
4. Drink your coffee while it's hot. You can also add sugar or cream, depending on your preference.
Second, simple filter production method
Ingredients: coffee powder and filtered or bottled water
Equipment: Pots for boiling water, paper coffee filters, carafe or stainless steel pots
Proportion: Two tablespoons coffee plus a standard cup or 6 ounces of water
1. Put the paper coffee filter in the opening of the glass bottle or teacup, pour the coffee powder into the filter;
2. Bring water to a boil in a container;
3. Slowly pour hot water into the filter containing the coffee powder;
4. Pour filtered coffee from a carafe or teacup into your coffee cup;
5. Add some sugar or cream according to your preference, and then you can enjoy it hot!
