FRAPPE means frozen in Italian. There are many ways of FRAPPE. Here we introduce a kind of fruit-flavored FRAPPE, which is first filled with ice cubes in a high water glass and filled with LIMONCELLO CREAM (a fruity lemon liqueur with milk sweet wine, specially used to make dessert, ice cream and iced coffee). It is most famous on the coast of Marais in southern Italy (COSTIERA AMALFITANN), then put in milk foam and coffee like LATTE, and a cup of four-color iced coffee is made. Note that ice drinks are served with sugar water instead of sugar packets. Suck from the bottom up with a straw, followed by wine, milk, coffee and milk foam-perhaps the most romantic drink in Italian coffee.
