75cc of slightly brewed coffee

Coffee liqueur 10cc

Tequila 10cc

Stir cream 20cc

1 teaspoon chocolate crumbs

A cinnamon stick.

Pour coffee liqueur and tequila into the cup and pour coffee. Cover the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Finally, insert a cinnamon stick.

"Ole" is the cry of a bullfight. "Ole coffee" in English pronunciation, although similar to the milk coffee introduced later, but in fact two very different coffee.

White sugar 10g

Stir cream 20cc

Fill the glass with sugar, pour in the coffee liqueur, pour in the coffee, and gently coat with the whipped cream (do not stir in the coffee).

In Mexico it is cold coffee, in Europe it is hot coffee.
