During the event, baristas from illy Coffee University demonstrated a coffee drink specially launched for this summer. Espresso Freddo (Ice Italian extra thick) is the simplest and can be operated at home: cool double espresso with ice and pour into a snow kettle and add ice.

Espresso Freddo is the simplest and can be operated at home: cool double espresso with ice and pour into a snow kettle, add ice, mineral water and sugar water, beat well, remove ice and pour out. Espresso fragrance locked by ice will not evaporate quickly, but more mellow, and a little cool, just suitable for this hot summer day.
