The "size" of the espresso machine depends on the number of "heads" of the coffee machine. The coffee machine can be divided into single, double, three and four heads, and the number of heads on the machine matches the size of the boiler in the machine. Each can make 1 or 2 cups of coffee at the same time, and some operators install holes in the handle of the coffee machine. Unless you need to make a lot of coffee at the same time, this method does not apply. In theory, each head can make two cups of coffee every 30 seconds, or 240 cups per hour, but in practice, due to a variety of factors (including human factors), it's hard to reach that number.
