Mr Clever makes coffee Step by Step. This coffee pot has a unique and memorable name-Mr. Clever, the Chinese name "Smart Cup". It is a convenient and professional coffee making tool, designed and developed by Taiwan E.K Company. It is perfect for both styling and materials, and is favored by many coffee lovers. Many friends don't know much about the usage of Smart Cup. Let's Step by Step teach you how to use it.
Step1: you need to choose a suitable filter paper. Here, we recommend 102fan-shaped filter paper for 2-4 people. Fold the two edges of the fan-shaped filter paper before using it.
As shown in the figure, the two edges should be folded in the opposite direction.
Step2: put the filter paper in the smart cup and keep it as close as possible to the inner wall of the cup and place it smoothly.
Step3: pour a little water around the filter paper to wet the filter paper, which will make the filter paper more close to the side of the cup.
Step4: grind coffee beans according to medium thickness, about 20g of coffee can be washed into 300ml water, which can be adjusted according to individual taste. Put the ground coffee powder into the smart cup.
Step5: the best temperature range for coffee extraction is between 90 and 96 degrees Celsius, so you can boil the water to 96 degrees Celsius (this is basically the temperature of boiling water in the plains).
Step6: pour 96 degrees Celsius water into the smart cup, the amount of water is 300ml.
Step7: stir to make the coffee powder and water blend well.
Step8: cover the cup and let the coffee soak for about 3 minutes. The water temperature in this process gradually drops to about 90 degrees. Temperature control is very important to the taste of the coffee, so it is recommended to warm the coffee container or cup in advance.
Step9: put the smart cup on the right container and the coffee will automatically flow out from the bottom of the cup. Enjoy the wonderful dripping process.
Step10: remove the smart cup, pour out the coffee, and the mellow and beautiful coffee moment is yours.
