Kalita wave
Carita Wave Coffee Maker
Carita Wave is one of the few bottomed wines poured on a drip, providing a shallow brewing bed that provides a calmer brew and an even extraction.
The dropper style and wavy water filter set it apart from most other beer pourers. The ridged structure of the filter helps increase air flow and prevents drip filters (especially metal filters) from extracting heat from the coffee during brewing.
Grind: In Calita wave, you should use medium to medium coarse grind.
Technique: Although it has only three holes in the bottom of the dropper (which can lead to slow brewing), the design allows for a consistent flow of water. Because the bottom is flat, pulse perfusion works well, so keep circulating fast.
Style: Carita's brewing time is slightly longer, less intense, suitable for coffee in various regions.

Is pouring too complicated for home brewing?
Even though some coffee shops are hip, you don't have to bother pouring coffee. Brewing coffee is very simple, as long as the coffee poured into the cup, the whole process will be clear at a glance. It may take some practice to determine a process for making coffee. But the process is still simple.
Of course, it's not just pushing a button. But with a little patience and attention to detail, nothing is impossible.
