On July 26, local time, Sina Entertainment's front team, which ended its reporting mission at San Diego Comic Con 2011, came to the small town south of San Francisco at Disney's invitation and visited Pixar, the world's undisputed number one animation studio. This magical experience gave us a glimpse of Pixar's magical working environment, its cheerful employees, and, most importantly, its culture and philosophy, and made it clear that Pixar's success was not accidental.
