Hurley rojas alvarez has been involved in coffee growing for 35 years. His parents taught him at an early age to love coffee and to contribute to the coffee industry, and he is now one of the experts who can cultivate excellent coffee.

This was his second Cup of Excellence, and this time he had passed the online auction pre-selection. Herli Rojas Alvarez was born in Planadas, where he grew coffee and other crops. He has two children and is busy passing on the experience and knowledge of coffee growing to them. He only went to fifth grade, but he says Cup of Excellence is a place to learn about coffee and the value of working hard to improve quality.

Introduction to Evaluation Agency

The Cup of Excellence (COE) program and trademarks are currently owned and managed by the Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE), a nonprofit organization. ACE collaborates annually with the host country of the Supercup program (Cup Test) to complete the cup test screening and online auction of fine coffee, and to suggest and promote anything related to coffee quality improvement, with the aim of selecting fine coffee models in the host country and exchanging experiences for the industry to learn from.
