It starts with a bean. The bean is crushed and hot water forced through. The results are sometimes good, sometimes bad, and sometimes wonderful. We're chasing something wonderful. In pursuit of wonderful we've gone back to the step between the bean and before the water.

When hot water is filtered from the ground powder of coffee beans, the result is that the taste is sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes perfect and difficult to control. There are some things we like to pursue perfection, and for the sake of a perfect cup of coffee, now let's go back to grinding beans.
