According to foreign media reports, the local prison in Pentridge, Melbourne, Australia, has been out of use for many years. The local government regards it as a renovation project, hoping to turn the prison into a chic cafe for local residents to relax and entertain.

Biasol Design Studio accepted this seemingly impossible challenge. They said: "We will respect its special background as a prison, inject new vitality into it on this basis, and provide a beautiful and comfortable enjoyment for everyone."

Here, ceilings and walls are separated into triangular structural elements to form geometric figures. The crazy idea that gray cement walls with bright paint colors contrast with log-colored boards has been put into practice.

Different raw materials, combinations of wood and concrete, dark gray blue, baby powder, and multi-tone geometric patterns combine to create a playful effect and enliven the atmosphere. If not, who would have thought, this used to be a prison? Plus a little bright sunshine, green plants, the background wall of LED lights, the aroma of coffee, such a special cafe, people can not help but want to sit here full of a cozy afternoon.
