The long-registered conservation building, which was built in the 1930s, is located on the axis of Thessaloniki.

The building's interior space is oddly narrow, emphasizing the "rhythm" created by oak, which seems to have a 19th-century "neo-Gothic" flavor, with a linear, untreated black steel structure for truss repair. it's the icing on the cake.

Its overall axial layout caters to the aesthetic taste of the vast majority of people. The oven layout in the store is also quite interesting, because the layout breaks the tradition, making its "strange" placement method highlights itself, this "plug-in" layout method has also become the core idea of the roof layout here.
