2013 report on Coffee consumption Trends in the United States

According to the recent 2013 International Coffee Beverage Trends report released by the International Coffee Association, 83% of Americans bought at least one cup of coffee or coffee drink a day in the past year. In all adult groups, daily coffee consumption held steady at 63%, rising slightly to 75% from the same period last year, according to the annual market research report.

Although it is not yet fully defined, the report also shows that coffee beverage consumption has increased by 31% over the past day, but traditional daily coffee consumption has fallen by 7% to 49%. There is a slight change from last year's trend, with 9 percent of people between the ages of 18 and 24 spending on a daily basis, to 41 percent this year, depending on the age of consumers.
