American coffee (American) is an Italian coffee machine extraction coffee (Espresso), which is made by adding hot water. Only American coffee based on Italian concentrate (Espresso) is made by adding hot water to Italian fermentation, and the step and water mixing order can not be mistaken. The coffee from the American coffee machine is not American coffee, it's just a kind of black coffee.
Because the coffee extracted by the espresso machine contains a lot of coffee fat (Crema), injecting hot water in an emergency will wash away some coffee fat and make American coffee bitter. American coffee is espresso diluted with water, and those who can't get used to it will feel particularly bitter, while black coffee is not brewed by all kinds of utensils, including hand-brewed coffee and hanging-ear coffee, pursuing different flavors of drinking coffee. Coffee is not as bitter as American coffee.
In addition, black coffee and American coffee are the most frequently asked! Black coffee is without sugar, milk and seasoning, so black coffee is just a general term, and there are different ways to brew it, including simple American coffee, hand-brewed coffee, cold-brewed coffee and so on.
