YirgZ is a new brand of Yirgacheffee Zero Defect Coffee coffee from the Kafa Coffee processing Plant, which derives its name from "Zero defect Yega Chefe Coffee". The Kafa coffee processing plant goes directly to the producing area and strictly controls the coffee quality from the farm to the processing plant.
Traditionally, it takes only two minutes for a batch of coffee beans to pick up beans on the conveyor belt, while YirgZ takes six minutes to pick beans by hand on the conveyor belt, that is, about three times more man-hours per kilogram. This delicate and time-consuming step has significantly enhanced the flavor of coffee, so the card processing plant has been promoting YirgZ with special coffee and has registered YirgZ as a trademark.
