Product introduction

The geology of the Sidamo region is rich in nutrients and well drained volcanic soil. The soil depth is nearly two meters, and the top soil is dark brown or brown. The greatest advantage of the site is that soil fertility is maintained through the cycle of natural organic matter, using withered leaves or dead leaves of surrounding trees and plant residues as natural fertilizers.

Founded in 1976 near Dilla town and currently a member of the Sidamo Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU), Hilsa has about 1,200 farmers and its own washing plant. This batch has been screened twice and has excellent performance in flavor.
