El Lorena (Lorena Manor) Pacamara Elephant Bean
El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America, and an overview of the previous Warrior Manor Hot Spring beans has been briefly described. Finca Lorena comes from the Apeneca-Ilamatepec producing area in the west of the country, which is located at the foot of Santa Ana (Santa Ana) volcano at an altitude of about 1150 ~ 1250 meters above sea level. The head of the garden is Renato Arturo Romero Silva, who has inherited the third generation of coffee cultivation.
The whole estate covers an area of about 20 hectares, all of which grow coffee and all are shaded by native forests. Collect only fully ripe red coffee cherries, then wash and sun-dry until the front exit before shelling and removing sheepskin. Only about 3 hectares of the 20-hectare coffee plantation specializes in growing Pacamara coffee trees.
The Pacamara here has complex fruit and floral flavors, high cleanliness, spicy sweet saliva and long-lasting taste, with delicate fruit acidity similar to peach and plum at the end of shallow baking.
