Coffee has been replanted since 1900. Located in the Volcancito area of the Bockett Valley about 1450-1500 meters above, it is one of the highest areas in Panama near the Baru volcano (3475 MASL)-and has grown Typica,Caturra,Catuai, geisha and Pacamara. Fertile volcanic soil provides an excellent nutritional environment, good varieties and high enough altitude to ensure the slow ripening of cherries and, eventually, high-quality coffee. This is a very pleasant and charming flavor of coffee, with a hint of grapefruit aromas of dry aromas are very obvious and delicate aromas of berries and jasmine. The wet aroma of berries is more obvious, honey, citrus, elegant floral aromas. The cup shows a very gentle and soft sour taste, especially when the temperature drops, sweetness begins to appear, accompanied by grapefruit, citrus, grape, orange, plum fruit, wonderful floral aroma, very clean
Taste intensity / flavor trend: medium strength / grapefruit, grape, orange wonderful floral aroma
