Re-comparison of Chemex Kone and K250 filter

This time I put chemex kone and K250 strainer together to test which fine powder passed by Chemex kone will be filtered out by K250.

Use the roughest grade of solis166 to grind the powder

Use about 22 grams of Guatemalan Antigua coffee beans

All the coarse powder is filtered out by chemex kone, and the fine powder through kone is again intercepted by K250. It is this part of the fine powder that makes the coffee look cloudy and unclean.

The final coffee is much cleaner than the coffee obtained by using kone alone, but it is not as fresh and light as the coffee filtered by filter paper.
