An island country of Haiti in the Caribbean Sea, belonging to the middle part of the Cordillera Mountains. It has distinct mountain characteristics and is divided into four roughly parallel east-west mountains. The highest point in Haiti, Pic la Selle, is 2680 meters above sea level.
Coffee production is very rare, and frankly, this is the first time that Sweet House has introduced coffee from this producing area, which is imported from COOPCAB, a union in southern Haiti. Like the well-known Blue Mountains of Jamaica, it is an island coffee with a gentle character. Crisp and sweet, soft caramel, walnut, cedar, light chocolate aroma, soft and round finish, moderate acidity body, soft syrup taste, can be easily brewed by hand or Claver, extract delicious coffee.
